Group Hr administrator / Pay role manager

 

Highly exclusive restaurant Group seeks group Hr administration / payrole administrator.

Will oversee hr for all 4 properties, should have proven track record

Degree in respected field and 4 to 5 years exp.

 

Duties include:

  • Provide HR support to managers regarding daily operations
  • Ensure induction protocol, monthly testing, and dress code policy is followed
  • Ensure leave planners and policies are followed
  • Assist with recruitment, interviews, and on-boarding
  • Develop training manuals and materials for workshops
  • Ensure training courses each have a specialised trainer and regular training takes place
  • Ensure monthly probationary reviews take place
  • Manage the performance reviews process and ensure they are submitted by the deadline
  • Participate in HR networks and community programmes
  • Ensure regular communication on HR services to the managers
  • Payroll , must have experience working with prim.

Salary R20-35000
